To use a prepaid UPS Ground label from SNOW Dental Handpiece Repair, LLC, follow the instructions below and you will be emailed a one-time-use label. SNOW is not responsible for any damaged or lost handpieces due to insufficient packaging in the event a handpiece is shipped without bubble wrap or a taped box.   

1. Print and fill out our Handpiece Repair Form.
2. Fill out our Shipping Form to receive a UPS label for efficient, free 2-3 day tracked shipping.
3. Once we receive and review your submission, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and use.
4. Securely package your handpieces with our Handpiece Repair Form and secure the shipping label to your package. 
5. Drop off at a UPS Store location or schedule a UPS pickup. Shipment times vary (2-3 days).
6. Once we receive your handpieces, they will be assessed quickly, repaired and returned to you with a net-15 invoice.
